IEEE Xplore unavailable for now

A notice from the IEEE Xplore Support:

"Due to inclement weather and subsequent power issues in the New Jersey IEEE corporate office, IEEE Xplore is currently unavailable. IEEE is working diligently to restore service as soon as possible and we will provide updates to you as we receive them.
