Scopus and IEEE back in use

The Scopus database and the IEEE library are now back in use.

  4. Unfortunately, IEEE access is cut once again. IEEE changed their user platform and this caused some problem with user authentication. They have been asked to restore access quickly.

    My apologies, once again, for the inconvenience!

  5. Now it seems to work. Thank you for writing this blog. It helps to know that I was not the only one having the access problem, and that you did your best to solve it.
